Our association management services are designed to handle all of the day-to-day administration tasks professionally and efficiently, freeing up your Board members to devote their time to governance.

Services:

  • attend meetings as requested
  • refer policy inquiries to the appropriate Board member/Committee Chair
  • process, forward, deal with incoming mail
  • arrange bookings and coordinate logistics for Executive and Board meetings
  • distribute agendas, compile committee reports
  • record and distribute minutes
  • keep routine tasks on schedule
  • assist with tasks related to awards, nominations, and elections
