We understand the importance to the conference of tracking abstract submissions. We use an orderly system of record keeping that acknowledges all submitters, and follows through on the process from instructions about their presentation through to publication in the appointed journal.
- accept abstracts; process, record, code as required
- notify submitters of receipt of abstract
- forward copies of abstracts to adjudicators for acceptance and scheduling
- notify submitters of acceptance/rejection, scheduling and details of presentation, poster provisions
- handle inquiries of abstract submitters
