Events & Management provides your conference with an address, telephone, mail service, email hosting, and provision of an up-and-running office. Many of our conferences operate in two languages and we have both English and French staff members.
But our services extend far beyond the physical setting. Acting as the “hub” for all ingoing and outgoing communications, we work closely with the Organizing Committee on each stage of the process and keep them informed every step of the way.
- provide a complete office system that is consistent, receives phone, fax, and emails 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- provide Organizing Committee with on-going status updates; assist in planning process
- provide Flow-Chart/Critical Path of planning activities; keep planning activities on schedule
- develop, coordinate, and oversee meeting logistics
- handle general and specific inquiries about all aspects of the conference, and forward to Committee members as appropriate
