Events Management Plus

All of our office systems have been created to provide total financial accountability. We are sensitive to the importance of controlling costs and are committed to performing tasks within budget. We buy in bulk and pass the savings on to our clients; we negotiate with all suppliers equally on our clients’ behalf, and compare current market rates on standard supplies on a regular basis. Supplies are charged at cost, and we do not take commission.


  • maintain financial records to audit standards
  • process incoming revenues; deposit, issue receipts
  • accept credit card payments, if required
  • process all approved expenses; issue checks for signing
  • provide detailed financial reports and review with Treasurer
  • assist in preparation of annual financial statement
  • assist in preparation of budget
  • assist in preparation of materials for the audit
